Using “Help me now”
Open Help me now in the app and choose a short grounding, breathing or support exercise. You can stop or switch tools whenever you choose. No subscription is needed.
For current cabin information, follow your crew. If you need urgent help or have concerning symptoms, tell them directly.
Add or update a flight
Enter the details from your booking, or select a boarding-pass image to read on your iPhone. Check the route, departure date and time before saving.
Imported images stay on your device. If a detail is missing or incorrect, edit it manually. When plans change, open your flight and choose Edit.
Choose useful notifications
Open Notifications in the app to choose reminders relative to your saved flight. Add a departure time for reminders timed close to takeoff. Preparation reminders are included with Plus.
Flight-change alerts are a separate choice and depend on connected service availability. If iOS notifications are off, use Open iPhone Settings to change permission.
After editing a flight, review any requested update and check your reminder choices. Always confirm the gate on airport displays.
Listen without a connection
With active Plus, all eight practices are bundled in the app. Open Audio, choose a recording and press Play. Save a favorite or pause and return to your place later.
Open the app with a connection before traveling to establish subscription access. You can also read each practice’s transcript.
Purchases and Plus
I already subscribed
Open Billing and help, then Restore purchases using the Apple Account that made the purchase. A connection is needed. If Apple reports no active subscription, check that account’s subscription settings.
I want to manage or cancel renewal
Choose Manage subscription in Billing and help, or open your Apple Account subscriptions in iPhone Settings. Deleting CabinCalm or its local data does not cancel renewal.
Subscription options won’t load
Check your connection and try again. Immediate support and saved records remain accessible while purchase options are unavailable.
